On September 16, Leaf Bio hosted an industry exchange in Tongling, China, bringing together representatives from industry, academia and investment to discuss the industrialization and commercial development of plant-based materials.
The event highlighted Leaf Bio’s latest progress across the FDCA–PEF value chain, including its ECOPEF® for packaging and BioFleax® for textiles, demonstrating continued advances in manufacturing and application development.
Leaf Bio also established strategic partnerships with Xin Feng Ming Group, Wankai New Materials, AkzoNobel, High Fashion Group , and Shanghai Cloud Textile, strengthening collaboration across packaging, textile fibers and specialty materials. Discussions further explored technology development, manufacturing scale-up and opportunities for broader market adoption.
